Most computer systems in service today are capable of running the KnowledgeTrak and K-Book software.  If you are having difficulty running any of the programs, we recommend that you check the following items before calling Knowledge-Forge support.

  1. Pop-up Blockers can interfere with the program's ability to open new windows.  If your courses or  login screen are not displaying, we recommend that you visit our page on Pop-up Blocker Troubleshooting.

  2. The KnowledgeTrak and K-Bookd software requires certain system add-ins to properly play multimedia files and provide formatted printing.  To verify that all of the required components are installed on your system visit our System Troubleshooter.

  3. If your system is more than a few years old, you may want to make sure that your system meets or exceeds the Minimum System Requirements.
